TERMS
Plan together, with clear expectations.
These terms apply when you create, view, or contribute to a Ashore trip. Using the service means you agree to them.
What Ashore provides
Ashore imports or creates structured trips, supports conversational and visual planning, lets guests collaborate without an account, and organizes approved travel work in a private execution queue with traveler-defined limits and verification records.
Execution availability
Travelers are responsible for independently confirming availability, opening hours, prices, entry requirements, accessibility, safety, and reservation details before relying on a plan.
Accounts, owner access, and guest links
The current product uses a browser-held owner capability rather than a conventional account. Clearing cookies or changing browsers may remove access to owner editing. An owner can create a one-time recovery link in Trip settings and should protect it like a password. Using it transfers owner control, invalidates earlier owner browsers, and consumes the key.
Anyone with a guest or recommendation link may use its shared features. The planner is responsible for choosing who receives those links and for content added to the trip by invited participants.
Your content
You keep ownership of the trip notes, recommendations, and other content you submit. You grant Ashore the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and share that content as part of the trip you requested.
Do not submit content you lack permission to share, unlawful material, malicious code, payment credentials, passport data, or information that creates an unreasonable privacy or safety risk.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass owner controls, probe other travelers’ private information, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use Ashore to facilitate unlawful activity. Access may be restricted to protect travelers or the service.
Suggestions and third parties
AI-generated and editorial suggestions can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Third-party businesses, maps, websites, and services are independent from Ashore. Their availability and conduct are outside Ashore’s control.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis during its early stage. Ashore does not promise uninterrupted access or that every suggestion will fit every traveler. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ashore is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on an itinerary or the acts of a third-party travel provider.
Changes and contact
These terms may evolve as planning and future execution features change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Questions can be sent through Ashore Support.
